Antonio Esguerra
Antonio Esguerra is a Colombian entrepreneur, record producer and engineer based in Chicago IL. He graduated Berklee College of Music in 2017, and since then has found himself behind the glass and the boards with the city’s and the industry’s top talent including: G Herbo, Javed Ali, Shankar Mahadevan, Eryn Allen Kane, Thirdstory, Jamila Woods, The O’my’s, Camila Fernandez, PY$PO, and Matar Fuma. Antonio is also founder and owner of Fazeless Art where he helps artist to develop the groundwork to promote, distribute, and perform their music.
Santiago Pardo
Santiago Pardo is a music intermediary trying to create a more equitable music industry. Born and raised in Bogota, Colombia, he moved out of his hometown to study Music Business/Management and Electronic Production and Design at Berklee College of Music, where he graduated with honors in 2020. His professional endeavors have allowed him to collaborate and work with a variety of renowned companies, most notably Altafonte, Vydia and most recently with Teatro Mayor, one of Bogota’s most prestigious venues. He is co-owner of Fazeless Art and is responsible for creating long-lasting relations with their artists.
